My Favorite Restaurants in L.A – Katsuya

Continuing the post about my favorite restaurants in L.A, the second hot spot that I love in Los Angeles is the Katsuya.
The restaurant has different locations in Los Angeles: Brentwood, Glendale, Hollywood and Downtown – L.A Live (For who is travelling to Miami or Huston, the Katsuya experience will soon expand to there). My favorite location is Brentwood (the only one that I’ve been!).

The Katsuya is operated by the Chef Katsuya Uechi and designed by Philippe Starck (I just realized that my favorites spots in L.A have a relation with Starck. Nothing personal, but… he IS a master in decor). The restaurant’s speciality is Japanese flavors that are well represented by delicious rolls, special dishes and unique sushi and sashimi’s plates. The plates and decor divinely symbolize “a feast for the senses”.
